3 Self-Care Practices For The Spring Season

We're in the middle of Spring in the northern hemisphere, and with this lovely season we see nature bursting from its months of hibernation. In this new cycle of renewal, as everything refreshes and changes around us, the invitation is there for us to do the same…

Maybe this month could be a time for trying something different with your daily self-care? Or starting a new routine as the mornings become brighter and the days longer? Or maybe just showing yourself a gentle act of kindness?

Remember that self-care starts with planting a little seed of kind intention towards yourself, which can be as simple as setting an alarm each hour, so that you remember to stop and take 3 nourishing deep breaths to break up your day. From that seed so much more can subtly grow and begin to take shape deep within.

To help you nurture yourselves this season, I've suggested 3 practices which I hope will inspire you. These are open to all, including beginners to movement or gentle yoga.
