Gentle yoga, mindful movement and meditation woven into a steady rhythm of support.
Short, manageable practices designed to help you ease tension, soften stress, and feel more like yourself. Accessible, flexible, and nourishing - and created with care.
Your steady rhythm of self-care starts here.
Life rarely slows down when you need it most. Responsibilities pile up, stress settles into your shoulders and spine, and your mind rarely switches off.
The Self-Care Circle is a gentle but intentional space designed to help you care for your nervous system differently. Inside, you’ll find short, nourishing practices across Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mindful Movement and Meditation; gentle practices that are carefully curated to support not just momentary calm, but lasting steadiness and resilience.
You are guided each week with thoughtfully suggested Practice Paths, live sessions and workshops, to help you integrate self-care into real life, in ways that are manageable, sustainable, and, above all, kind.

Our days are often filled with stress, striving, and constant doing. To balance that, my methods focus on gentleness, ease, and a sense of “letting go” - creating space for your body and mind to settle.
All the practices I create are adaptable, so you can meet yourself where you are on any given day. Whether you have three minutes or thirty, each practice is designed to support your nervous system, calm your mind, and ease physical tension.
No previous experience with yoga or meditation is needed. All you need is the desire to prioritise yourself, and the willingness to build a gentle rhythm of self-care that adds up over time.

The Self-Care Circle is for you if you’re beginning to realise that pushing through isn’t sustainable, and you’d like to respond to stress in a kinder, steadier way.
You may recognise yourself here:
You spend much of your time caring for others, managing responsibilities, or holding everything together
You often feel stressed, overwhelmed or silently anxious
Your mind finds it hard to switch off, even when your body is tired
You’re living with persistent physical tightness or niggles that never fully settle
You want to feel better in yourself, but you’re not sure how to begin consistently
You value privacy, flexibility and practising at home, but you don’t want to feel alone in it
Most importantly, you’re ready to create a gentle rhythm of self-care, rather than waiting until you feel completely depleted.
You don’t need experience with yoga or meditation. You simply need a willingness to show up in small, manageable ways, and allow those moments to add up.

Over the years, I’ve felt the weight of stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm; both physically and mentally. Like many of you, there were times when it felt impossible to find energy or motivation for myself.
I was inspired to discover practice solutions that were simpler, kinder, and manageable, so that caring for myself could fit into real life without adding pressure. Over time, I realised that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective, and that small, consistent practices can gently reshape how your body and mind respond to stress.
This is why I created the Self-Care Circle: a space where self-care is simple, gentle, and entirely doable, even during your busiest days. Inside, you’ll find nourishing practices that fit into real life, helping you restore energy, quieten your mind, and gradually build a steady rhythm of resilience and calm.

Having joined Claire's classes back in 2019, I had the opportunity to start in-person when she lived in Ireland. In addition, I did some one on one sessions with Claire to focus on specific issues which continue to be of great help to me today. Claire is a wonderful teacher and coach. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and her warm, calm, compassionate approach is hugely beneficial. Over the years, during lockdowns and Claire's return to Portugal, I have found the online classes, self-care circle and member's hub a fantastic support. Claire never feels far away and is always approachable and responsive.
I highly recommend Claire's online presence - it's something I lean into on a regular basis and has become part of my life.
RUTH O'MAHONY
Claire’s calming presence and mellifluous voice, coupled with the slow and meandering movements from each pose to the next, leave you feeling a similar peace to that which you might experience after spending time away in nature.
She provides variations for each pose, and consistently encourages you to do what feels right for your body. She is extremely open to feedback, and lets you know that she’s always there for a chat.
The classes have allowed me to retain a sense of calm and balance in my weeks.
KELLY GIRARDI
I cannot recommend Claria Yoga highly enough. I've been very fortunate to be able to attend Claire's classes. I started with Restorative Yoga (as a newbie), and now, I've been attending Mindful Movement too..
These classes are truly restorative, soothing and nurturing. Claire's approach is gentle, supportive and inclusive so that I am able to tailor my movements depending on my (variable) levels of mobility on a given day.
The classes are comforting and positive and have been instrumental for my mental health, and have given me the headspace to respond in a healthier way to daily stressors.
