Within the Self-Care Circle, you are the priority. I designed this membership as a gentle support for you, giving you simple practices created with care, to nurture your nervous system, release accumulated stress, and bring you pockets of peace into your week.

My methods are kind, nurturing, gentle and flexible


Most of our days are already filled with enough stress-filled striving and pushing. So in order to balance that, my methods encourage gentleness, ease and a sense of "letting go".

All the practices that I create are adaptable so that you can apply them as you need on a given day to your body, mind and circumstances.

I use the supportive tools of Mindful Movement, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation - all kind practices that help to calm your nervous system.

You don't need any previous experience with yoga, meditation or anything else - just a desire to create some space and time for yourself, and ease the effects of stress on your body, mind and heart.

The Self-Care Circle is designed for those of you who spend a lot of time focusing your energy on other people, tasks and responsibilities. You may be left feeling that:

  • You have little or no time for yourself

  • You're frequently stressed, overwhelmed or anxious

  • Your mind never switches off

  • You're living with persistent and annoying physical niggles or discomfort

  • You want to feel better about yourself but don't really know where to begin

  • You prefer the comfort and privacy of an online, nurturing space that gives you the flexibility to dip in whenever you feel you need it

Why does this matter to me?


Over the years, I too felt the weight of stress, exhaustion, overwhelm and even burnout — both physically and mentally. Like many people, I often felt there was no time, energy or motivation left to dedicate to myself.

I was inspired to find practice solutions that were simpler, kinder to my body, and more manageable to fit into my full days. Over time, I realised that caring for myself didn't have to be complicated to be effective.

This is why I created this membership — to give you a space where self-care is simple, gentle, and entirely doable, even during your busiest days. Here, you’ll find short, nourishing practices that fit into real life, so you can restore your energy, quieten your mind, and feel more like yourself again.

Having joined Claire's classes back in 2019, I had the opportunity to start in-person when she lived in Ireland. In addition, I did some one on one sessions with Claire to focus on specific issues which continue to be of great help to me today. Claire is a wonderful teacher and coach. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and her warm, calm, compassionate approach is hugely beneficial. Over the years, during lockdowns and Claire's return to Portugal, I have found the online classes, self-care circle and member's hub a fantastic support. Claire never feels far away and is always approachable and responsive.

How does the membership work?

As soon as you sign up, you'll receive an orientation email to guide you through the platform. I also invite you to explore the space at your own pace.

The following day, I'll send you Practice Paths for you to choose from. These are merely suggestions to help you tune into the type of practice(s) that you feel you would most enjoy and benefit from for your week.

Each Monday, I send you a gentle weekly nudge and new focus for the days ahead. It might be part of a programme or theme, or be a stand-alone practice that I feel would be particularly supportive for you. You're also invited to join my live weekly class. This is entirely optional and the recording is always available afterwards.

This space is here for you to lean into any time you feel you would like to take a few moments for yourself. This is not another thing to achieve, do or get through. Just come exactly as you are and settle back into ease, calm and groundedness.

You don't need previous knowledge of Yoga. All the practices are adaptable which means that I always offer variations to accommodate different levels and abilities.

You can pick and choose between on-demand videos, workshops, and guidance sent straight to your inbox to create your daily routine. You also have the opportunity to join my weekly live class where we can practise together. This membership encourages you to develop your personal practice in a way that suits you and is of full benefit to your body, mind and personal needs
