Most of our days are already filled with enough stress-filled striving and pushing. So in order to balance that, my methods encourage gentleness, ease and a sense of "letting go".
All the practices that I create are adaptable so that you can apply them as you need on a given day to your body, mind and circumstances.
I use the supportive tools of mindful movement, gentle yoga, mindfulness, guided meditation and other self-care techniques. You don't need any previous experience with yoga, meditation or anything else - just a desire to create some space and time for yourself, and ease the effects of stress on your body, mind and heart.

My story
Over the years, I’ve felt the weight of stress, exhaustion, overwhelm and even burnout — both physically and mentally. Like many people, I often felt there was no time, energy or motivation left to dedicate to myself.
I discovered that trying to force complex or time-consuming self-care routines into an already full day, only increased my stress and left me feeling guilty when I inevitably couldn’t keep them up.
The turning point came when I embraced short, simple practices that were kind, gentle, and realistic for my lifestyle. These moments of mindful movement and stillness became something I looked forward to; a welcome pause that nourished both body and mind.
Over time, they strengthened my resilience, restored my sense of self-worth, and reminded me that caring for myself doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

Essentials of Functional Yoga Anatomy workshop
I introduce you to how unique your body is, helping you forge a much more harmonious and symbiotic relationship with it.
I will walk you through a human body, explaining the basic structure and mechanics of the skeleton and soft tissue. You will have the opportunity to test different movements on yourself so that you can learn about your unique physical set-up, and why certain positions and ways of moving may feel more comfortable for you than others.
Improve Your Physical Balance Masterclass
In this practical, hands-on masterclass, I guide you through simple, effective ways to use body awareness to support and improve your balance. You’ll discover how to work with your body, rather than against it, learning to listen to its signals and respond with subtle adjustments that keep you steady and agile.

30-minute class where I invite you to join me in my personal practice, to help you start your day, take a mid-morning break, or wind down in the evening, depending on your timezone.
This class is relaxed and informal, so that you can take as much or as little as you need depending on how you feel. The practice is nurturing and releasing, designed to help you ease tension and tightness out of your body, and calm your mind.
Having joined Claire's classes back in 2019, I had the opportunity to start in-person when she lived in Ireland. In addition, I did some one on one sessions with Claire to focus on specific issues which continue to be of great help to me today. Claire is a wonderful teacher and coach. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and her warm, calm, compassionate approach is hugely beneficial. Over the years, during lockdowns and Claire's return to Portugal, I have found the online classes, self-care circle and member's hub a fantastic support. Claire never feels far away and is always approachable and responsive.

I can't commit to all live sessions. Where can I access replays?

When do the replays of the live sessions become available to watch?
Replays become available two days after the session has taken place.
I've never done Yoga before. Will this be a problem for me?
You don't need previous knowledge of Yoga. All the practices are adaptable which means that I always offer variations to accommodate different levels and abilities.
I want to do a daily practice. How can I achieve this?
The membership offers you a mixture different types of self-paced practices, ranging between 3 to 30 minutes. You can pick and choose between on-demand videos, workshops, and guidance sent straight to your inbox to create your daily routine. You also have the opportunity to join my weekly live class where we can practise together. This membership encourages you to develop your personal practice in a way that suits you and is of full benefit to your body, mind and personal needs
