I have been doing twice weekly private online classes with Claire since 2020. I started, because I was sore and stiff getting out of bed in the mornings, and I could only manage stairs one step at a time. Claire listened to my concerns, judged my ability and tailored the classes to my needs.
The impact of Claria Yoga on my body has been transformative, I no longer shuffle in the morning and stairs are easy-peasy running up and down. I continue with the classes as I feel they are the best thing I can do to keep limber and maintain my general wellbeing and health.
An added benefit is that Zoom online classes also allow me to attend with family/friends who don't live nearby.
