Participating in two of Esther Ekhart’s 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, one year apart, has given me the opportunity to see the evolution of my yoga journey, the deep physical, mental and emotional shifts that can take place, and how comforting and freeing it has been to embrace each experience to the fullest under the care of a wise, experienced and naturally intuitive teacher like Esther.
