A little pocket of gentleness

A mindfulness practice followed by some soft movement from a seated position. This session will help you lean into gentleness to balance any sense of upheaval or frenzy that comes from an overloaded mind or stressful day. This is a good one to do to help you ground first thing in the morning, or gently unwind in the evening.
