Part of the Lymphatic Drainage Programme. Gentle, floor-based practice to help heavy, tired legs. Through body tapping and simple movements, we'll encourage circulation up the legs and towards the pelvis. Finish the practice in a lovely restorative pose to allow gravity to really work for you, and also give you a chance to pause, breathe and let your body soften whilst fluid gently drains back towards the centre.
