From head to toe, we flush our way through the body with slow mindful movement and a little bit of balancing. We finish with two juicy stretches to get deeper into the connective tissue of the legs and back. With breath-work and visualisation, throughout the practice you have the option to go beyond your physical form and connect with the meridians network that sits within your body.
