Nurturing flow and hip release

A steady, supportive practice to ease you into your whole body. We’ll begin with soft Sun Salutation variations, moving with the breath to awaken and connect from head to toe. From there, we’ll slow things down further with a series of releasing hip and leg stretches, inviting space and softness into the lower body.
