Swing, hang, stretch

From a standing position, using gravity and your body's momentum, we swing our way into some gentle stretches, to help ease out the connective tissue in the back of the body. We then focus on releasing the front of the body with a couple of deeper Yin stretches, so that you leave the practice feeling looser and balanced.
