Upper body drain and decongest

Part of the Lymphatic Drainage Programme. Using a combination of self-massage, tapping, and slow, mindful movement, we’ll encourage circulation and flow back into the arms, shoulders, upper chest and upper back. This class can be especially helpful if you’ve been sitting for long periods, rounding your shoulders, or if you're feeling particularly tight throughout the upper body overall.
