Part of the Journey Through the Meridians programme. In this grounding Yin Yoga practice, we work with the Urinary Bladder Meridian, which governs the flow of energy through the back body and supports the release of physical and emotional stress. Since this meridian travels down the entire back line of the body, it’s commonly associated with releasing deep-seated physical tension and emotional holding such as fear and rigidity. This practice will help to restore a sense of calm, ease, and flow.
