You'll then receive suggested Practice Paths to help you build a gentle rhythm of self-care, without having to decide what to do next. Each Monday, you'll also receive a supportive email with a suggested focus for the week ahead.

You're free to explore the library at your own pace, join the live weekly class, or catch up with the replay whenever it suits you.

Why I created the Self-Care Circle


I know how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the list.

Over the years, I’ve experienced the effects of stress, exhaustion and overwhelm firsthand. What helped wasn’t doing more. It was discovering simple, gentle practices that could fit into everyday life, and genuinely support my wellbeing.

Over time, I realised that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

That’s why I created the Self-Care Circle.

Using the same practices of gentle, functional yoga and mindfulness meditation that helped me, I created a space where caring for yourself feels manageable, supportive and sustainable.

It’s a place where you can step away from the pressure of holding everything together, and find practices that help you feel calmer, more grounded and more like yourself.

Having joined Claire's classes back in 2019, I had the opportunity to start in-person when she lived in Ireland. In addition, I did some one on one sessions with Claire to focus on specific issues which continue to be of great help to me today. Claire is a wonderful teacher and coach. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and her warm, calm, compassionate approach is hugely beneficial. Over the years, during lockdowns and Claire's return to Portugal, I have found the online classes, self-care circle and member's hub a fantastic support. Claire never feels far away and is always approachable and responsive.

I highly recommend Claire's online presence - it's something I lean into on a regular basis and has become part of my life.

Calm, realistic support - not another thing to perfect


The Self-Care Circle is a space where caring for yourself is simple, gentle, and entirely doable - even during your busiest, most overwhelming days.

You don’t need to arrive in any particular state. You might be tired, depleted, distracted, or unsure where to begin. That’s completely okay here.

Sometimes all you’ll have is five minutes, and, in this space, that is enough.

So you can come as you are. Practise from home, at your own pace, in your own time.

You don’t need lots of time or space. Just a corner of a room, a few quiet minutes, and a willingness to take a well-deserved pause.

Your questions, answered

You can explore the Self-Care Circle for 7 days before any payment is taken. It gives you time to see how the practices feel in your own body and life, with no pressure to continue if it’s not right for you. Membership includes all on-demand classes and live Zoom sessions.

If you choose to continue, your membership automatically continues at €19.99 per month. If you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends.

No experience is needed. The practices are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You’re encouraged to move gently and choose what feels right for your body.

Most practices range from 5 to 30 minutes, with some longer sessions available if you want to go deeper. You don’t need a fixed routine, even a few minutes can be supportive.

Yes, everything is available online, so you can practise at home, in your own space, at a time that suits you.

Yes, live weekly Zoom classes are included, but they are completely optional. If you can’t attend live, you can simply use the replays whenever it suits you.
