30-Min Yoga Nidra, Zoom

Powerful guided relaxation practice that allows you to rest deeply while remaining comfortably supported. Often called “yogic sleep”, it helps the nervous system shift out of stress mode and into a state of deep rest and repair.

In this 30-minute monthly session, you’ll be guided to lie down, get cosy, and simply listen. There is no movement, no effort, and no prior experience needed. The practice guides your awareness through the body and breath, helping the mind to settle while the body releases tension.

Meet your teacher

Claire is a Gentle Yoga, Meditation and Self-Care teacher, specialising in functional, supportive and therapeutic practices that help busy, overwhelmed people slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. With her own experience with burn-out and fast-paced living prior to becoming a Yoga teacher, her core philosophy is to help others balance day-to-day physical and mental overwhelm. Using a gentle approach to Yoga and self-care that is simple, supportive and manageable, Claire helps her students to reclaim time to care for themselves in a kind, adaptive way.
